Led by Marie-Ève Blackburn, the objective of this project is to document the food insecurity experienced by students at Cégep de Jonquière and the consequences associated with it.

The research team wishes to assess the extent of food insecurity situations, identify the difficulties that students encounter when they want to eat, identify the food strategies used to counter food insecurity and understand the recourse, or the non-recourse, of this population to offers of support from community organizations and the establishment.
